Huntingdoor is possibly one of the most communicable companies over email I've had the pleasure of purchasing from, the team gets back you promptly and with a really merry attitude.
While I am not an expert archer myself, I believe the bow itself is outstanding. Perfect for beginners or experts, this bow can be folded up just as advertised and doesn't seem to have the common issues described by many who have purchased folding bows in the past, such as the SAS type. The simplicity of the design and riser gives it an incredibly modern aesthetic, but also lends to it's durability and functionality as a weapon and sporting tool. You can set this bow up in roughly 30 seconds if you're going slow, or (my fastest time) about 8 seconds if you're very much in a hurry. You could use this easily for sporting archery, or hunting, or bow fishing if one were so inclined.
I opted for the lighter draw weight, but it still packs a definitive punch. While I'm not an experienced archer myself, this bow certainly feels like it's compensating for that lack of experience.
My one issue I've found is describing this bow in terms of category, as it is technically a longbow, but is considerably shorter, and does have an arrow rest. However, this isn't anything that detracts from the product, simply something to discuss perhaps with whichever competition organisers you're dealing with in future if sporting archery is your goal.
Overall, 10/10, you can't go wrong. This is a fun tool, but also functional and pretty to look at. You'll find yourself laughing at how enjoyable using this bow is! The additional equipment in the kit provides absolutely everything you might need to get started and go, including really high quality arrows and a quiver belt which is delightful to wear and use.
You can see me having some banter with it below trying out my first Tri-Shot!
