HuntingDoor® Billing Terms & Conditions
All payments are due upon completion of order. If a payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will be on hold and no items will be shipped out. Currently we accept PayPal and Credit Card as a form of payment. Please see here on how to pay by Credit Card.
Shipping will be paid by the buyer at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total payment of the order will be refunded to the buyer. We can also ship a new item as a replacement when the buyer prefers. If an item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us through email at support@HuntingDoor.com. Items are entitled to be refunded or returned if the buyer notifies us within 30 days of the date of purchase. The buyer must contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or through contact us page on the website before a return. An order may be cancelled before the payment has been processed. Once the payment is processed/captured, the buyer is responsible for a 4.4% transaction fee plus $0.03 of the payment. Please contact us via email at support@HuntingDoor.com before cancel an order.
Any complaint about items or our service should be submitted to our support team. Please email us at support@HuntingDoor.com. We cannot guarantee a PERFECT resolution of each issue, but we will be in contact and try our best efforts to satisfy the buyer at individually.
